Mild confession - I keep stalking DH's email to see if he's heard any more from the recruiter. I know he'll tell me and its SUPER early in the process (he just sent his resume last night) but I want an answer now!!

My H somehow misread the clock and woke me up 2 hours early. He went back to sleep. I was up for the day. If it wasn't funny I would be furious. I'm usually the family alarm clock. Now I see I need to keep that family position.
@missusbee, when I make them, sometimes I use the freezer storage tray that came with my Baby Bullet. lol. You can pop two frozen pods out and let them thaw while you're working out, maybe.
It is pouring rain here and my hair is in a pony tail. Blah.
I wish I had the extra money to replace my entire work wardrobe I have right now. I want to throw everything out and start over.
If you are not opposed to consignment, there is a great website that I use to buy awesome clothes for cheap - thredup.com.

DH is stuck working 90 hour weeks for who knows how long (boss was in a car accident.) and we have a 1 1/2 year old toddler and 2 other dogs. This dog whines and howls all night. I need a drink already.
The puppy was DH's doing. Yet he isn't home to take care/do anything. He comes home and goes right to bed.
I started doing green smoothies for breakfast today. I don't dislike them, but making them every morning proves to be a challenge. But I am hoping I can stick with them. I need to do better with eating.
That's what always got me. I would chop the fruit ahead of time and throw it in the freezer, but it was still such a process to make them and then clean the blender. I'm too lazy. Plus, I don't care how much protein or whatever goes in there, I was hungry way too soon. I think I need to chew my food for my body to realize it has eaten, lol.
@missusbee There's only 2 smoothies I make consistently 1st is protein powder + milk (blended), add spinach + ice and blend. 2nd is frozen mixed fruit(typically strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches), chia seeds, spinach, * also 1 cup od water/cranberry juiceice.
Tr I recently discovered a trick clean your blender. Dish soap + hot water then put it back on the stand and blend on high. Rinse and you're done. :-)
I've stopped doing this, but for a good while, I would make a giant batch of green smoothies and store them in small mason jars in the fridge. Each one was an individual serving. Pull it out of the fridge, shake it up, and go. Super easy and only one round of clean up. If you don't mind drinking the same kind for a week, it works well.
My favorite is baby kale and spinach, pineapple, canned coconut milk, and banana.
Do they keep OK? I definitely don't mind the same thing all week, since I only buy stuff for one kind at a time anyway.
I want to start working out before work too, so making ahead would be ideal. I wonder if I froze them, if I could toss it into my bag and maybe it would melt in time to have after my workout?
I had no issues with them keeping. About 5 days worth is good. 7 starts to get a little iffy. You could definitely try freezing a couple as well. Experiment with it, but making them ahead is a great idea.

It's cool and cloudy this morning. I want to lay in bed and crochet all day.
I got my sister's birthday present mailed out and delivered early this year! First time in a long time. She hasn't sent mine yet, but she has 3 days to go it out.
It was really cool and crisp last night and I started thinking that I am so going to freeze this winter. It will be so different here than winter time in the desert southwest.
I bought green bananas about a week ago and they have turned yellow. They are still green and the peels are hard.
Not sure if I should toss, wait some more or open them to see what's up. The main reason opening isn't high on the list is I have an aversion to bananas sometimes- the smell of them makes me want to puke.
I just went into a bathroom at work that I don't normally go in, and someone drew a dick on the stall wall. Seriously? It's a bunch of olds around here, I wonder who did it!

Mil is taking the boys overnight on Saturday. I switched with a coworker so that I have the day-1st out shift. A night alone with DH and he doesn't work the next morning. I do at 3pm, but what the fuck ever. We have plans to have the kind of fun that we haven't had since before kids. I can't wait.
We may be changing our plan for ds's birthday present because it sounds like fil is trying to talk h out of it. But if we decide to change the plan, I need to know so I can figure something else out. We only have 2 weeks until his party!
I think I'm going to try to leave early today since I can't do it tomorrow.

DD is starting to get a bit jealous of the baby and the other night said "you always buy things for just the baby" and proceeded to pack up her bedroom rug into a basket and put it in his room saying she no longer needs it. We had just bought a rug for his room and new baskets. I get it, the focus has been on him. I did take her shopping for school (OMG what) and got her new shoes, a pair of purple pants and lots of fun socks she wanted. I'm thinking a mommy daughter date is in order before this baby. It's breaking my heart, but she is really excited for him.

One more week till my summer classes are over and then the new semester starts the week after that. And we're moving in two weeks. I just need to get through the next couple of weeks and then I can breathe.
I saw a med provider today. They started me on Zoloft and switched my klonopin to Ativan. I feel like a huge weight is off my shoulders and like things will get better. The doctor told me today that I seem like "an amazing woman" and that I'm doing all the right things. After all the negative self talk in my head, that made me feel so good. So take that evil voice in my head!
I realized about halfway to work I forgot to put deodorant on when I stepped out of the shower. I was glad I left about five minutes earlier than usual because I stopped at a gas station to buy some. They only had one kind, and it's super flowery.
After multiple tries, I've come to the conclusion I do not like Greek yogurt. The texture is just wrong.
I have cramps today for the first time in what feels like forever. I rarely get them. Not horrible, but uncomfortable. Bleh.
