I'm only going to have one pull per drawer. They will look a little "delicate," but I think it's in keeping with the rest of my kitchen. I'll try to dig up an inspiration pic.

I think there is a "rule of thirds" which means the pull should be a third of your drawer. Of course, that's not really a "rule" and you should do what you like That is what we did and It looks perfect. On an especially large drawer, we did 2 pulls.
I highly recommend buying different sizes based on the width of the drawer. That's what I did and it makes a huge difference. I have some 4'' and some 6''.
We are doing the same bars on our cabinets. Haven't ordered them yet though, will do like Kaylie and have different sizes for different cabinets. Not doing the knobs, all pulls.

This. It makes a huge difference when things look proportionate, and it makes a difference functionally as well. A pull that is too small is going to have a lot of stress on it.
