It's adorable. We lived in 860 square feet until DS was 20 months old. We had NO "us" space because my Mom & MIL would not stop buying plastic toys. I really like how you have blended kid stuff & your stuff together. Also I love that you have made space for dining.
Great job!
Thanks! Yeah the grandparents know that any big or bulky toys will be staying at their house!

This is our back. No yard or anything, except that patch of grass we put out front to be funny. Lol. I live in the city- not center city, but close enough that this is considered having space.
I love this. We just have a little square of cement and an alley that leads to the street (that we share with our next door neighbors). I'm going to show this pic to H.

oooh! Nice. We have 960 sq ft and I am dying to get something about 1400 sq ft. But mostly I'd be content with just a second bathroom, having only one is HARD.
We had 4 kids in an 800 s.f. 3/1 house. Bunkbeds were manna from heaven. You've done a great job in a tiny space. Shoot, you've done a great job period.
Your house is so cute! I like that it's not just planks on the inside, lol. I get some people like that look but I was turned off of a lot of tiny houses because of the planks as walls things. It looks so cheery and cozy.
we currently live in about 800 sq ft and if/when we build a house i don't plan on having much bigger. layout is everything and our current layout sucks but it is enough space. i blend all of L's stuff into ours.
