My DH is starting his own buisness. Advice needed

If I get a divorce it would be better for my name to be on the business.

If it's a huge failure it's better for my name not to be on it.

It will be a LLC, so I think I wouldn't be able to get sued personally.

And lets face it, I love my DH but we all know that despite his best efforts he ends up not working.
