This is where I am too. Were you asking about eating it raw or cooked btw? There is no way that 1 year old frozen fish with freezer burn is still sashimi grade!
I don't even want to tell you how long we keep ours.
That seems like a weird one because commercial mayonnaise has so many preservatives that you could leave it in the garage for 3 days and it would still be fine.
