Nope.
I typically even bring polish to the salon because otherwise it takes me for.ev.er to choose and the manicurists starts getting impatient, then I feel stressed and grab a color and regret it.

No, I stress more about my fingers than toes. I really like my fingers to go with what I'm wearing and don't like to change them very often. My toes don't get done nearly as often, but I like them to coordinate if I wear open toed shoes to some kind of event.
When I want to be neutral, I typically goe with OPI's I Have A Herring Problem or Butter London's Lady Muck. They are basically pale denim blues that have some gray making them very neutral, but fun. Butter London's Knackered is another favorite. It's a silver/purple/blue/green duochrome. It seems to match a lot and be a little bit more edgy than a regular blue.

Yes, I have over 100 colors and I set them out on my bed and try to figure out which color I'm feeling. My DD does the same, takes her forever to pick a color and then she will pick a couple and decide to alternate colors.
Right now I have Zoya America on my toes and Zoya Amber on my fingers, but I'm already bored with Amber.
ETA: my laptop keeps posting before I'm done typing! :@
I have this problem in the salon but not at home. I just tell myself that if I am between colors then next time i will pick the other color. I also try to be seasonal with my colors which helps narrow it down. Now that its summer I will only wear super brights.
I have a different problem. I have zoya zuza on toes and can't pick what to wear on my fingernails. They have been bare for a week now. LOL! Should I go with wednesday? or contrast with orange sparkly Myrta or orange cream Arizona???
I don't have this issue buying polish, but when I'm doing my nails I have trouble narrowing down the choices. All I have are varying shades of red, pink, coral and beige but I get bored with them. But then when I buy more, it's more of the same shades. I don't like greens, blues, yellows, etc.

Your DD and I have something in common.
I have a really hard time picking out nail polish in the store. In the salon, it's usually easy but I usually regret the color soon after I leave.

Add in some purple and gray/greige colors that I have, and this is me too.
Yeah, I finally recruited my H to help. I'm amazed at how he picks a color from my collection in two seconds. "That one." Essie Big Spender. Love it on my toes. Zoya Pasha for the fingernails. Old standby.
