I looove the smell... except most all the shows I've been to here (also CO) there were clouds of smoke at one point or another that were so thick it was hard to breathe and not cough!

Oh yeah, I've been to a few shows at the Fillmore now and I'm pretty sure I got a little high (unintentionally) at all of them. much different than, say, Red Rocks.

I'm curious how this works in CO. If you don't smoke, but get contact high, it would be in your system. What about an employer that does drug testing?

I'm so jealous. I had a middle school crush on Nick Hexum. I saw them like my sophomore or junior year of high school and got a contact high even then. (NOT legal in Kansas and not expected to be any time soon lol.)

My mom totally bought me their cassette once, the self-titled one, even though it had the parent advisory label on it.

Ahhh, 311 at the Fillmore eh? I remember seeing them maybe 10 years ago at Fiddlers and I felt old even back then! I was at the NIN/Soundgarden show at Red Rocks a few weeks back and I think every single person in the audience was smoking joints.

I got a contact high last year from the kids smoking outside my window the first week of school. I am sad my new office doesn't have a window.

No, which is a huge issue when people come here to smoke because most hotels do not having smoking rooms anymore. You're not supposed to smoke outside or in any establishment other than a private residence.

A contact high can make you feel buzzy but unless you sit in front of someone who is exhaling smoke and breathe in for an extended amount of time, there won't be any traceable amounts of THC in your syatem. You've actually got to ingest it.

Yeah but you have to wait about an hour or so for it to work into your system.  Just get a vaporizer and you avoid the smoke.  I recommend the Launchbox BTW....works wonders.



I have some Platinum Girl Scout Cookies which are ranked about 24%THC and that put me on couch lock.  I ended up falling asleep during Sharknado.....fucking Sharks eating people in NYC couldn't keep me awake with that strain.

We went to Journey about a week ago and I brought some Super Silver Haze which is a sativa, my friends were all drunk and obnoxious, I sat there watching the concert, so calm....so relaxed.

It's similar to alcohol, you can't just booze it up while walking down the street.

Contact high is nothing. Wait until you're really stoned, that's when it's really nice. It's like that perfect stage of being drunk. You're happy, relaxed AND you don't have any nasty hangover the next day, just wears off after about 2-3 hours.
