I really don't like watching the Biggest Loser, but I got this book on my Kindle the other day for $3.99. I thought what the heck, maybe I'll learn something new!
Nothing in the book was really earth shattering, many of the rules I live by anyway. But it was written in a real simple easy to understand way.
The other thing I like about it was he helps design out a meal plan for a week. And gives some ideas about what to cook on a Sunday that you can portion out and just grab and go. I am terrible at meal planning. I'll do it for a bit and then totally stop, so I might try some of his ideas.
I think someone in another thread wanted ideas about clean eating, I think this book does a good job of helping jump start a healthy lifestyle, or keeps you in check!
I downloaded this last night. A lot of it are tips I already knew, but it is interesting to read his perspective and a reminder since I feel like my healthy eating has been slipping lately. And I like his menus too.
