You guys have motivated me restart Whole30 in the next week. I did this before and felt so much better (fewer breakouts; reduced stress). But, I fell off after 2.5 weeks. Part of the problem was picking appropriate sauces/seasonings. I thought a thread of favorite seasonings/sauces (Whole30 appropriate) would be good. Any suggestions would be great!
You can double, triple, whatever these recipes and store seasoning blends you like for quick use. I usually make up a quick batch right there but that's because I'm a procrastinator
Smoky 1tsp chili powder 1tsp paprika 1tsp onion powder 1/2tsp ground cinnamon 1tsp salt 1/4tsp black pepper
Chorizo 2tsp chili powder 1tsp paprika 1tsp onion powder 1tsp garlic powder 1/2tsp salt 1/2tsp black pepper
Southwestern 2tsp chili powder 1tsp ground coriander 1tsp salt 1tsp dried oregano 1tsp paprika 1tsp ground cumin 1/4tsp cayenne pepper
Greek 2tsp dried lemon zest 2tsp dried oregano 1tsp garlic powder 1/2tsp salt 1/2tsp black pepper
Great! I will look into this. Lower sodium options are great, too!
Lower sodium isn't always necessary IMO because you aren't getting as much in what you are eating since it's not processed and pre-packaged junk. You need sodium and minerals to maintain your health.

I agree with this. When you're not getting near as much salt from processed foods, you need a little bit in your cooking.
