I am doing Weight Watchers currently. I have lost approximately 40 pounds so far. I didn't have a great weigh-in today (gained .8 pounds) but I am not surprised since I didn't stay on track this weekend.
My big accomplishment is the total loss so far.
My goal is to get down another pants size by the time fall rolls around so I can wear skinny jeans.
I have a long way to go with my overall goal (want to lose another 70 pounds) but slow and steady.
I have been working on strength training and trying to tone. I am at the weight I want, but my skin is so untoned and I don't have a lot of muscle. I think I'm pretty much what they call "skinny fat." So I've been working on trying to fix that since the beginning of March. I've seen some progress, but I still have a long way to go.
Goals are to 1) someday wear a bikini and 2) not think about my body all dang day long. I want to just live happy, be able to wear the clothes I want, and not focus on whether I look fat or untoned or my arms look flabby or whatever. I hate that I constantly have to think about that...
Anyone and everyone who is losing weight, gaining weight, toning, WW, Whole30, MFP, and any other program - what's up? How are you doing?
I am doing nothing now and it shows
Any big accomplishments?
I did the WL challenge last winter and it was good. I lost weight and inches.
What are some of your goals?
I want to start exercising. I am hoping once school starts I can do something, even 30 minutes a couple times a week.
Anything else you want to share?
I did great when I had the WL challenge and check in. It wasn't a lot of weight, but I actually toned up a bit. Once my vacation was over I let it slide I think I needed the accountability or cheer-leading, maybe both.

I went to the gym 4 times last week! I've already gone today, and the scale went down a little-not much, but each thing (Body fat, BMI etc) all went down with it. I'm proud of myself.

I do MFP
Any big accomplishments? I started mfp about 3 years ago and am amazed every day still how much it helped me. I'm amazed how well it's kept me on track both eating and exercise wise
What are some of your goals? To keep maintaining. That's the hardest!
Anything else you want to share?
Keep up the great work everyone. The support on mfp is what keeps me going!!!
I would like to lose about 25-30 pounds but, more than that, I really need to tone everything. My problem is I just really don't even know where to start. I am in the worst shape of my life and I'm not much of a runner. I need motivation to get me started!

I've been boxing 3-4 times a week since the beginning of July. I LOVE it - the class incorporates a 15 minute cardio workout and 15 minute core workout at the end - along with 8 3-minute rounds with a minute of active rest (lunges, squats, etc) in between.
I lost 10lbs in the first three weeks but gained two back...... I'm trying to only weigh myself once a week so I don't become obsessed with the number.
I can tell I'm getting so much stronger and hopefully losing inches. They to measurements a few weeks ago and I'm excited to check my progress in a few months.
My biggest secret has been making a huge pot of chicken and veggie soup to eat as lunches and some dinners during the week. It's healthy and filling and I don't feel like I'm depriving myself or eating nothing but salads.

Good. I changed up my diet in June, slowly cutting out processed foods for the most part (I don't eat any at work). I'm trying to eat 90% healthy/clean. It was quite difficult at first. I had horrible food cravings all the time and really struggled. However, I got over that hump and feel amazing. Less moody, no cravings, I feel in control. My mind is sharper, my face cleared up and is glowing. I also work out 3 to 4 days a week doing Insanity.
Any big accomplishments?
Lost some inches, and at least 5 pounds (I don't have a scale, only weigh myself when I'm at a friend's house). I can actually eat in moderation with friends. I used to gorge myself at parties and such--so I feel pretty proud of myself with that.
What are some of your goals?
I want to be able to do a good amount of real push-ups. And I'm running the Beat the Blerch race in Seattle next month, hoping to do the 10k in an hour. I want to lose the weight I gained over the winter.
Anything else you want to share?
My go-to foods right now are scallops, salmon, quinoa and blueberries.
I'm doing MFP. I've lost about 18lbs since the beginning of the year. I've been lazy lately though and haven't been working out. Between being tired and sick, I don't have much energy left at the end of the day. I still want to lose about 10-15lbs.
Yes! I dropped a size! When I went shopping on Friday I grabbed my regular size and had to size down in everything at the stores. I am SO HAPPY about this. I would love to lose a little more.

I have been on an almost two year weight loss journey that was sparked by my being dx with Type 2 Diabetes. In those two years I've lost almost 90 pounds. I was stuck at 60 pounds for quite a long time. My doc put me on phentermine in March and I lost the add'l 30. I started Whole 30 three weeks ago. I've cheated a few times so I am clearly not really doing the Whole30 but I am losing weight pretty well this month so I think it's really working for me. Cutting out all of that stuff was helpful in getting me to focus on my diet and what I'm putting in my body.
Any big accomplishments?
My A1C numbers are amazing. I have been really good about diet and exercise since I was dx. I have been out of the diabetic range since 6 months in. I'm hoping I can stay out and keep healthy!!
What are some of your goals?
I want to lose another 60 pounds or so. I want to be able to walk into any store and buy something cute. I don't want to be relegated to Lane Bryant and Torrid anymore! I'm super close!
Anything else you want to share?
I feel so much better now than I did 90 pounds ago. I used to tell myself that I was fine and that I was plenty healthy at that weight but now I know that was not true. I can hike 10 miles and be active all day long. I love it! Even if I never lost another pound and never got to my "goal" weight, I'd be so happy I did this! I can never go back to the way I was before!!
I started working out with a personal trainer and eating healthy on 7/29, so my week 2 weigh in/measurement is tomorrow. But for week one, I lost 3 lbs and 2 inches total.
I work out 3 times a week with the PT, doing an hour of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio.
Eating-wise, I pretty much have a protein shake in the morning, another one for lunch with some fruits or veggies on the side, then some protein and veggies in the evening for dinner.
For me, I really need to not be so hard on myself. I don't enjoy working out because I am so out of shape and weak. But really, of course I am, because I really haven't done much on the physical activity front in a long time. Food wise, I usually eat pretty well, but then I get really negative when I have one meal that is out of whack.
Basically, I need to work on being kind to myself, which I think would make everything else a better...but easier said than done.
Until then, I like the number changes, and even more so, I like how I am looking. Little by little, it's getting better.
I have lost 24.2lbs since January 2014 and 40.2lbs since June 2012. I am now 5lbs below what I was when I got married and have 46.8lbs to go to get to where I was before I met H.
I want to make a dedication to take my dog walking in the state park at least 1x per week.

Congrats to all of you. Its so difficult to lose ans maintain a weight loss. I commend you all. Me: I've lost 27 lbs in 11 months. I'm pissed at myself bc J was hoping to be at 50lbs loss and in maintenance already (doing WW). I'm going to focus on the positive, not the negative, bc every year I seem to gain weight and this padt year I lost.
I am focusing on limiting the carbs, increasing fiber to the recommended 25g (its sooooo hard!), and increasing my protein( which was surprisingly low). Still chugging aling on WW and trying to hit my daily Active Link goal.
