You know that fold of skin that connects your chest to your armpit?

I think I have a little pocket of fat there because I have these weird upper boob things, so it looks like I have boob spilling out of the top. Does that even make any sense?

Does anyone know what that muscle is that's under the fat? I want it to go away.

It could be your bra. I had that too....and then when I was fitted at Nordies, the bra she put me in made it magically go away. I believe that it was just boob spill over.....but it could be fat. Do some push-ups.

i think some people just have that more than others. also, since you're small, it might be the last place you lose from. ask your guy at that gym and do lots of push ups and chest exercises.

It's partly your deltoid, partly your pectoralis muscle. Do more pushups and pull-ups and it should get better.

Most women have that I think. That woman in the picture SERIOUSLY needs a better fitting bra! The center isn't even touching her chest like it should be.

but that's because my chest/arms are my strongest. i agree, pushups, and even bench press a little bit. i've always been super concerned about a strong chest, so my girls don't reach my belly button when i get old.

H is super against plastic surgery, but I already told him that a boob lift is happening at some point.
