Woo hoo! Thanks guys. I've been MIA recently (not that I've ever been a regular!), works been crazy. Anyway for those that wanted to know what I did. I've been exercising for a while so I just continued w/ that - running, exercise videos, abs, strengths, just random stuff here and there as I have time. I have a friend that's a personal trainer that made a group of us girls 10, 10 min circuits. So you get a bunch of different stuff and you can do it once, or you can repeat 2 or 3 times. They are at home, but I would gladly share them if anyone wants. They are nothing fancy, just different moves everyone is probably used to combined. My biggest problem has always been eating (and trust me I have a lot more to lose than the two of you that were curious so that definitely helps too!). I have 3 little kids (2, 2 year olds and a 4 year old) so by the time we get home from work, get them in bed I always just want to veg and eat junk. Mornings are always rushed in my house so breakfast used to be pretty non existent. I've been trying to eat clean, have cheat meals instead of cheat days (and limit those) and just overhaul my entire diet. It seems to be working. I've made some recipes from pinterest and have frozen them so I have easy snacks and breakfasts that I can grab and heat up at work. It really hasn't been that hard. I have about 15 more lbs I want to lose and maybe I'll be brave and post some before and after pictures.
Thank you for sharing what you did, iamnotyou. I loved that it was realistic and nothing drastic or extreme. I need to remember your cheat meal (instead of cheat day) tip and to have healthy food options made ahead of time so it's easy to grab and eat. You did an amazing job!!!
