I love these books, so I'm really excited for this (but can't watch it until DH gets home from his business trip in two weeks).  It's already been renewed for a season 2!

I LOVED the first ep, I am eagerly awaiting the second ep tonight!
So glad they already renewed it.

It's been at least 13 years since I read the first book, so I'm a little fuzzy on all of it! Claire looks mostly like how I pictured, except this actress has fuller lips, haha. Geillis was great - pretty much how I pictured her plus I loved her voice and accent. Jamie is a prettier than what I imagined, but I'm okay with that. ;-)

At first, I thought the guy that plays Dougal was the same guy that plays Stannis Baratheon's Assistant on Game of Thrones, ha! Overall, I think it's great so far!

I DVR'd it so I can watch it with a couple of buddies this weekend. I can't wait!!

I haven't read it in at LEAST 7 years (I own EITB but never read it, and don't have #8 at all). I really liked the first episode. I REALLY REALLY REALLY liked the second episode.

I am sooooooooooooooo hooked now.

I've been really happy with the adaptation. And this is a book series I read constantly (when I have nothing else to read)
