I have like 10 calories left for the day and I'm craving meat so badly. Like " i would stab you in the eyeball for meat and not feel bad about it" bad. (Jennuine, you didn't hear that in case I get arrested.)
I was craving beef so badly around lunch that I seriously considered going to McDo and ordering a plain hamburger PATTY and then continuing on to my plan of a salad from the teriyaki place. Then I decided if I needed beef so badly, I'd suck it up and get REAL stuff when I got home. Um, I may have licked the meat crumbs off the plate tonight.
Jog in place until he gets back? Also, as insane as you're being about deprivation, you're going to cave. Don't be QUITE so hard on yourself!
I didn't go vegetarian for this challenge. I had a small piece of jerky last night and ended up with terrible heartburn. Obviously, I don't understand what my body is trying to tell me.
