Salt and pepper chicken. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning salt and pepper. Cook on the george foreman or similar countertop grill for 3-6 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breast. Done when internal temperature is 165 degrees. Eat it as chicken breasts, or in a pasta salad, or over spinach salad, or in a pita, or ... Delicious, moist, good for leftovers for cold chicken sandwiches as well.
