I am getting sick of my whole Facebook feed being ice bucket challenges. But i just heard on the news they raised like $40 million already? So I can't really complain too much about it.
I love the Beachbody support, but I hate the whole pyramid thing. I need the daily support to keep up with working out. I feel so much better about my weight since I went to the doctor to get a full check up and even he was surprised how healthy I am. My weight is still not okay, but I feel better.
I watch Magnum PI and Quincy on Netflix and enjoy it.
I may have called out a student today because he was singing a rap song about fat girls. Upon reflection he may have just been singing that song and had nothing to do with me. He is annoying, but is a sweet kid if you get past him being a 9th grade boy.
I didn't read past this, but what were you doing before you were pregnant? I did zero workouts labeled prenatal when I was pregnant.
Most of the time, you can keep doing what you were doing as long as it feels okay.
Do you go to a gym with trainers? Most will be willing to show you around if you have questions.
I didn't do anything before I was pregnant. That is what I was trying to say. I'm intimidated by all the equipment and have zero knowledge of how to use it to gain the greatest benefit. I don't need my workouts to be "prenatal" but I do need them to be easy on the back with the pain I've been having with this pregnancy. It's mostly muscular (we hope) but I don't want to overdo it accidentally. And since I don't work out regularly I am hesitant to start anything on my own because I don't want to do more harm than good at this point.
sorry I was offline last night.
I would start with asking a trainer. Most should have some basic knowledge of modifications. I hope you find something that works!
