I meant to say on day 10 that I'm a third of the way there, but now I'm almost half way. Wheee!
I've really been thinking a lot about what's going to happen after I'm done. I really hope that I can find ways to make this sustainable. I'm also thinking about going back to work next week. So far I think this has been easier because I'm on summer vacation and my stress has been low. I'm worried that my schedule picking up is going to make this a lot harder. I know I'm just going to have to prep better and adjust. Can't we all just be on vacation forever?

Day 10
Doing good! DH and I really like eating this way. We are going on a cruise on day "42" so we might eat like this until then. I also want to find out the difference bw this and paleo.
DH has stopped needing sleeping pills, after taking them for 15 years! Which is just a win in itself!! I gave up caffeine (by default, I hate plain black plain), and I actually have more energy.
I'm really anxious to weigh myself, but jenny1980 inspired me not to. If I'm up, I'll quit, if I'm down, I'll cheat - Ha!
i am feeling good! I feel like I've gotten used to this, and haven't had any real cravings. I feel more consistent energy throughout the day, and my back doesn't hurt when I wake up. I also started working out today. I am so glad I did this!
