I'm 7w1d. I just went to the bathroom and noticed a small spot of brownish-red discharge. Nothing else so far. My nausea comes and goes, but I feel pretty good right now. That's making me nervous. Can implanting bleeding happen this late?
I have always heard that brown spotting is old blood. I also know a lot of people who have had spotting or even bleeding and totally healthy babies. I'd call your OB and see what they say. They may be able to get you in to check things out.
I had some spotting early on and they did an u/s and found out I had a subchorionic hemorrhage. It was perfectly harmless. I would just call the Dr. just to be on the safe side.
Called my doctor. Going in for an ultrasound in about an hour and a half. The nurse didn't sound concerned really, but they want to check anyway. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the reassurances, guys!
I had spotting for a few weeks early on with my first. like a PP, it turned out to be a subchorionic hemorrhage. hopefully it's no big deal for you too!

I had similar spotting with both my second and third pregnancies. With DD2, I was told it was implantation bleeding. With DD3, I had a slight subchorionic hemorrhage that eventually fixed itself.
To put your mind at ease, both of those pregnancies went great afterward and have resulted in two very healthy children.
