I haven't started Whole 30 yet. I grabbed a Naked Juice at Target. The ingredients are Orange Juice, Kale Puree, Apple Juice, Cucumber Juice, Spinach Juice, Celery Puree, Ginger Juice, Lemon Juice, Natural Flavor. Would this be acceptable under Whole 30?

W30 advises against drinking juice (and drinking your calories at all). The idea is that the juice won't fill you up for nearly as long as if you ate the actual fruits. For example, a Naked Juice OJ has 5 oranges in it. You'll drink it quickly and probably still be hungry. But, if you ate 5 oranges, you'd probably be pretty full (if you could even eat that many!).
Thank you jenny1980. I was not sure if fruit juices were okay. I saw on one of the link where they did not recommend smoothies, but didn't find anything on juices.
