I've had it done. Ruined sex for me though. I think they hit a nerve? I don't know. I took it out once to go to the ob/gyn b/c I would have been embarrassed and couldn't get it back through later that day. That was the end of it.

Actually yes. When I was 17 my friend and I went. I got above my clit pierced. It felt like a pinch. What hurt more was figuring how to sleep without my knees touching (yay for that pillow!) 

after I had DS, I took it out for 8ish months.  The hole was still there so I put my piercing back in.

Since I can't finish without helping myself I am wondering if this would help that process along. 

Unfortunately for me it doesn't make a difference stimulation-wise. I agree with pp with the 4-6 week healing time. I used tea tree oil for weeks. 

I just keep it in as a reminder that I had the 'balls' to get it done. Lol. 

I also like the look of it.

Ok, a less titillating question:  Have you ever gotten it snagged on something accidentally and it hurt?  I have the same hoop and ball in my nostril, and I've accidentally snagged it on clothes and stuff a few times, and it hurt like a bitch. 

Tugging doesn't really hurt, but it's not really stimulating. You're just pulling on skin. Some people put weights on it (!!!) no thanks because the hood with stretch. 

Eta. The only time it hurts is when the hoops twists. It's more uncomfortable, not painful.
