Here is a link to a recipe that we received with one of our Plated orders. It was really easy to prepare, but it seemed like a meal that would make people say "wow! this must have been really difficult and time consuming!" It was by far the best meal we have received. The only ingredient that may be tough to find is Yuzu. I read online that you can usually find it at an Asain market, but I haven't had time to go.
Have you decided on anything yet? If you liked the idea of pulled pork but want something healthier, consider pulled chicken. You can use chicken breasts and even trim any bits of fat if you want. You can make your own BBQ sauce too if you want to control the ingredients. It's easy. Then cole slaw, maybe a chopped vegetable salad or pasta salad, fruit salad, and you're all set.

Thanks for sharing, I saved the recipe! I don't want to fry anything but I know DH would love it another night. You're right, the picture makes it look difficult and time consuming but the recipe says otherwise. :-)
That sounds so good, and it does sound easy. You could broil the pork chops if you don't want to fry.
