Maybe this won't be a popular opinion, but could you move in with family for a while until you are able to get your feet on the ground? Not knowing your relationship with your parents, etc. but just tossing that out there. Nothing brilliant on my part, but just an idea.
I'm sorry he's drinking again. But like you said, at least he's being honest about it. You have some tough decisions ahead. Lean on us as much as you want!

Oh Evelyn I'm so sorry
Good luck at the therapy session. I truly hope you're able to get to a point where he is in recovery and I think the honesty is a great sign. When my bro would drink after being in "recovery" he would lie like a rug. I think the honesty is a good sign, in the grand scheme of things.

Did he go to his meeting today?
I think his honesty and reaching out to his sponsor is a good sign. Not that his drinking isn't a deal breaker. It's up to you to decide if it is or not.
I'm sorry you're going through this I think once you're able to work things out financially, it'll be easier to make a decision. If it's any consolation, your attitude (about not freaking out and him makes his own choices no matter your reaction) is perfect. I hope counseling on Wednesday goes well.
One thing is for sure: AA totally messes up your drinking. lol I went out a few times after my first few stabs at AA, and my drinking was never the same.
I think your H has the foot in the door. It's up to him to open the door all the way, and I think he will, but it may take years.
