This might have been said already but have you thought about just talking to her about it?
I imagine this conversation going something like;
[First I would consult the dress code of the company, if there is one.]
"Hey [insert name], I'm sure you don't mean it this way, but your commentary and safety pin suggests for my attire is rather insulting and I don't appreciate it. Honestly, I am within the dess code policy of this company. Furthermore, I have not been contacted by my supervisor or HR. I would appreciate it if you would keep your comments to yourself." Then you hear her explanation and then reply with. "I would just appreciate you refraining from commenting on my wardrobe."
And then you go back to work and pretend nothing ever happened. If it continues, I guess it would be time to get HR involved if it really bothers you.
