does anyone know of anyone who can do something like this. My mom got this blanket 10-15 years ago at a craft fair in Michigan. It is as you can see getting worn and torn. I would love to be able to get her something similar as a replacement since she loves this blanket so much. The pictures are miniture schnuazer and seem to either printed or one of those iron on type things? It is hard to tell but in one of the pictures is information about the orgins of the breed, what kind of temperament, wieght, and height. I have looked around to no avail. She does not have the name of the person who made these blankets anymore.

What kind of wear and tear? You should be able to find a quilter who repairs quilts and could replace the sashing, batting, backing and binding but keep the schnauzers. I know some ladies with etsy stores that would be a good place to ask. Also, connectedthreadz.com is a quilting site with many quilters who may be able to help.
I would bet that you could ask at your local quilt shop and find someone who could repair or actually remake the quilt using the schnauzer blocks.
Dog shows are good places to look for breed specific items. There is usually some kind of shopping area set up, so a lot of sellers capitalize on the breed obsessions of the breeders/exhibitors.
