I never thought to quantify it that way... So right now it is 99* + dew point of 70* = 169

I need it add it up in the morning and see if we ever get below 160. If it is below 160 tomorrow AM I will put DD in the Bob and give it a go! (I think anywhere near 160 will still feel mega swampy and gross...)

yep. . . pretty much. anything above 150, you're (general you) still going to have to adjust your expectations though. you (specific you) might be OK at 150 since you're a bit acclimated. this is the guideline that I've see floating around I can't find the original source though.
less than 130 is considered 'good' 140-150- adjust to slower pace and shorter distance 150-160- consider no workout or race at all or modify pace/distance more stringently 160+ run indoors or very easy workout outdoors
