I made Nom Nom Paleo's Korean Short Ribs the other night. I used boneless ribs because I couldn't find bone-in (weird, right?) but it turned out really good. Very, very tender meat. I paired it with cauliflower rice for me and brown rice for H. I would definitely make it again!

Next week I want to make greek meatballs with lemon garlic potatoes.
Could you post the recipe for these?
Well I haven't tried them yet (I have a SB style one I like but it has feta) but these looked good, and I might try the tzatziki too. I'm thinking if doubling it and doing 1 lb beef and 1 lb lamb too btw. We'll see.
