This is the kind of protest I like to support. It's taking a negative and spinning it into a positive. Like when Komen craziness was brought to light. I just donated my money straight to PP.
Can I eat at Chik fil a and give a gay rights organization $13 for penance?
My friend who can't stop shopping at Anthropologie does this- donates the total she spent to HUman Rights Campaign each time she shops there. I also did it the last time I shopped there, but I can't afford to do both. The good news- it helps me not spend like a damn fool at Anthro.

Who does Anthropologie discriminate against? I've never shopped there, but I'm a frequent browser.

The CEO was a big donator to Santorum and has pulled pro-gay (for lack of a better term) merchandise from Urban Outfitters. They are the same company, obvs.

There is one anthro in my entire 50 miles shopping radius and I was planning on taking a trip there this weekend because I've never been. Guess I'll cross that off the list.
