I plan on complaining about my pregnant palsy-ass to you people every day until one or the other goes away. Today the crappy part is my damn lower lip that won't move back or forward, which makes both drinking and biting a "fun" challenge.
DD has a mild cough. Which never really stays "mild". Kindy starts Thursday. If she gets a cold this week, I quit.
Oh lord, Lauren. That sounds like a complete nightmare.
My random: I'm at the pool for the last day of the season and I'm watching a young kid sass the hell out of his parents. His parents are looking at each other, shaking their heads, and generally acting like they have no control over the situation. They are also arguing with *each other* over how to appease the child rather than putting that little shit in his place. Y'all know I hate this so, so much.
We went to the pool early today and had lunch there so we are now back home. I'm glad we did that because it was empty until like the last hour when the assholes showed up! Jackson was playing with some kids and they all had light saber noodles and the other kids were hitting him with them. Jackson is such a rule follower (we are very anti hitting in our house) he wasn't hitting back and was just hitting their savers. MH got him out of the pool and told him he should hit back and then sent him back in. Unfortunately for those kids, Jackson is bigger and stronger so he immediately bested them once the gentle giant was unleashed. I wanted to cheer for him lol.
AJ has been full of ridiculous today. He now responds with oof when you ask him what a dog says...and what a cat says. And a duck too. But its a start. He also tried to brush his hair (mind you he still has none) and actually regular crawled across the room instead of army crawling. It only took 13.5 months...

This child is exhausting. She does not stop moving or talking or singing or calling "MAMA" from the moment she wakes up to the moment she goes to sleep.
Not labor day but I'm not starting a new @randoms. One of our management I sit near has elementary aged triplets. It's entertaining to hear when they or their mother calls him to referee and he puts them on speaker.
