Fri: 40 mins elliptical, 2 mile run Sat: 5 mile run, 15 mins ellitpical Sun: rest (had plans to race Monday) Mon: DH got assigned a trip , no race for me. 10 mile run when he got home instead.

F-walk (travel day) S-6 miles abs push ups long walk S-run 3 (long run break weekend!!!!!) long walk abs and push ups M-travel day. Walking and cleaning
First light wo weekend in MANY MANY MONTHS! Felt great!
friday - rest day but i went to a concert that left me on my feet for hours
saturday - 75 minute group bike ride and 2 mile run
sunday - kinda a tough workout, 5k with negative splits, bike ride w/ 10' hard x 3, 5k with each KM faster than the last. FTR, I did not make up that workout and I never would make up that workout.
Fri: 30 min cycle/30 min core class Sat: AM cycle class, PM 3 mile walk Sun: rest day but played in the pool all day Mon: AM cycle then played in the pool again all day
F: Cindy: AMRAP in 20 minutes: 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, and 15 air squats - I finished 10 rounds and 5 reps S: 1 mile partner run with a 35 lb bag on your shoulders - had to switch off with a partner, 100 box jumps with team of 3, 100 Overhead squats with team of 3 S: 3 mile run! I haven't run over a mile in over a month:) pushups and ab mat situps M: 20 mile bike ride

F: I don't remember what we did at CF S: partner WOD 200m run while partner chipped away at 150 air squats, 100 up/down planks, 150 box jumps and 100 KTE S: three workout fundraiser in 8 teams of 5 people. My team tied for 4th. 1) 5 station tabata - pull-ups, jumping lunges, v-ups, air squats and chest to floor push-ups. Three rounds, count individual reps. 2) 8 stations 1 min at each move at end of 1min rest one min between two rounds. Box jumps, kettlebell swings, 2-for-1 wall balls, TTB, pistol squats, tire flips, 1 min on bike, med ball cleans. Count individual reps 3) Last man standing - EMOM death by burpees. I got so much further than I thought that I would in this part. I finished round 14 and got 9/15 on the last round. M: much deserved rest day
