I haven't forgot your list. We just got home this morning so I have just been a little crazy.
No worries! Here's the tentative schedule:
Friday: Do stuff down here until after lunch, then head up. Scope out the place, check in at 4. Dinner at The Cliff House at 7
Saturday: 9am massage scheduled, I might try out the pool beforehand. Lunch somewhere in town. Head up to a knitting store in Kennebunk for 1pm sit and knit. Spend the rest of the afternoon figuring out my day (may walk if weather permits) Dinner somewhere in town I think.
Sunday: Check out is at 11, haven't decided what to do (if anything) before then. Stopping at a local knitting shop (open on Sundays, woot!) on my way out of town. Kittery Outlets on the way home.

Getting these in just under the gun -
My favorite shop is spoiled rotten on Beach Street. I could spend quite a lot of time poking around in there. It is not to be missed. There are a lot of cute shops in Perkins Cove (including a candy store)Keep in mind you can also take the trolley around which outside of peak summer season might be easier to do because there won't be as much traffic. Definitely check the tide schedule if you plan on going to the beach because the tide comes up pretty high and most of the beach will disappear at high tide.
Favorite coffee/quick breakfast spot is backyard or bread and roses. Bread and roses also has amazing cookies, expect there to be a line even late at night.
My favorite sit down breakfast place is roost on shore Road. Really yummy and creative breakfast menu.
For dinner we like Five-O and MC Perkins Cove. Admittedly we don't go out to a lot of fancy restaurants there because we are usually with children. But those two are very nice and both have bars you could sit at by yourself if you didn't want to get a table. MC Perkins Cove has a yummy secret bar menu. Maybe it's not so secret.
For ice cream we prefer scoop deck in Wells over browns on nubble light and York. Those seem to be the two rival best ice cream spots, both would be a drive.
Not sure if you are up for a play but I think witches of Eastwick premieres this weekend at the Playhouse. The Productions are really great.
The front porch is a great fun place to go after dinner because upstairs they have a piano bar and there's always a great sing-along.
Maine magazine just had a "48 hours in Maine"issue and you might want to pick that up. They sell it at CVS, etc. in Maine and it had a lot of great little spots to hit especially if you're going to be traveling rt one to go to Kennebunkport for the knitting. I would also remind you that traffic is terrible on Saturday and Sunday so it might take you a while to get there or get back depending what time of day you're going and if you are going to route one or 95.
There are so many cute decorative and antique shops along the Kittery to Kennebunkport stretch of Route one you could spend an endless amount of time hitting those.
I'll send some more ideas if I think of them. Sorry the capitalization is crazy but I talk into my phone and I don't have the energy to fix it. :-)

Ah lunch .. You could try Fresh which has a very cool outdoor seating area, it looks like it must've been a garage at one point. Cornerstone is also a fun place to sit outside if you can get a table on the patio it's a great people watching spot and they have yummy pizza.
Thanks for the recs bryantpark! I'm ditching the Kennebunk yarn store and exploring Ogunquit tomorrow instead. I can't wait to try some of your places for lunch & dinner! I just got back from a pre-dinner cocktail and I'm heading down to eat soon. The views at this hotel are amazing
