We have done this before, but for my own selfish reasons I'm going to start posting it again every week.
I've started South Beach (loosely) and overall am trying to be healthy and doing good things for myself. And it helps to have another source of accountability and support. And I love you bitches.
So if you want to join in, the more the merrier!
It's been a week since starting all of this and I am down about 6 pounds! That includes an evening of decadence with spindle92 at the state fair. I am hungrier than I'd like to be, so this week will be about striking the right balance of feeling satisfied without overindulging, and not wanting to peel paint off the walls and eat it to tide me over until the next meal/snack.
I am not even thinking about the crap that I ate and drank this weekend. OH well, I don't do this every weekend.
I am almost back to where I was back in September 2014. I am part of a group on MyFitness Pal doing the 30 day Shred. This is the I have no clue how manyeth time I tried to stick with it for 30 days.
I go back to dietician on thursday For my diet which she designed for me. I know it will be lo carb and protien. If this doesn't work I think I'll go on anti depressants and freak the fuck out!
I posted this in one of the other threads but I'm barely eating lately. Take today, I've had half a bagel with cream cheese and I had to force that down. Stress makes me sick to my stomach which makes me not eat. I put on a dress today that was snug two weeks ago and now I'm swimming in it. Stress is the ONLY diet that has ever worked for me.

I need to get back on this. I was just away in Miami and I totally avoided the South Beach "diet" I ate great Spanish food, Sushi, Cuban with some really awesome sangria, mojitos and more rum. I leave for Vegas tomorrow and it will be hard to be healthy while there for the next 6 days. I think since I'll be on my own for some of it and have a kitchenette in my suite I'll buy some yogurt and some healthier options to eat.

I'm finally getting serious about losing the 10-15 lbs that I've been saying I want to lose for a while now. Day one and I'm so hungry! I'm sitting right next to you gault and commiserating.
What has helped me personally lose weight is having a job and not eating my feelings all day. Plus i start sweating on my walk from the car to my office and dont stop until about 30 minutes after i get home in the evening. Oh and I am walking 500 miles a day.
Currently I am eating my feelings in the form of an oreo mcflurry.
