I would try a solid meal at dinner time to see if it helps her sleep. She may also want more formula during the day.

There's a six month growth spurt. But no harm in adding solids at this point.

Babies being babies I'd say. It's likely a short phase.

I vote growth spurt. I remember a period around 6-7 months when DS was waking up twice in the MOTN and inhaling bottles both times.

My kid slept through the night for a while, but around 6ish months, he stopped. He has yet to return to sleeping all night.

I would say 6 month growth spurt. But adding in a solid meal at dinnertime won't harm anything at this point since she's almost 6 months old.

Solids never did squat for my kid's sleep, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Me neither. Maybe I'm not giving him enough? I don't know. I've give up trying to figure it out.

Even as a toddler, DS could eat a huge dinner and wake up overnight...and then the next night refuse dinner and STTN.
