DH is gone for 5 days starting today. I had planned the first week and then petered out and let him take over meal planning. Now I'm left to fend for myself.

Headaches and not snacking. I will snack on a fruit, but I do get hungry in between. Will I eventually figure out how much I need to eat in order to curb the snacking habit?

I suggest snacking on protein, fat, and veggies instead of fruit only. I think you'll find you're not as hungry that way.

Day 17
No real challenges right now, really feeling in the groove with this Whole30. Although I am able to drink black coffee, I do miss my little splash of half and half and tiny bit of sugar.
My skin is so clear on my face and that is great, but I can't say that I'm any more or less energized than I normally am. Maybe teaching just does that to a person? But really my biggest challenge is that with my schedule being so nuts (work, 2 grad classes, student council, etc.) I'm finding it harder to make time for food prep and time to do it as well as I was doing before. But I know that I can do this!
Day 24. My biggest challenge is that I am sick of everything! I need some new recipes, and so many I find look awesome, but I feel overwhelmed by the number of ingredients and steps and time.
Hit the grumpies and DH and I are very testy with each other. We're usually very amicable, don't fight much/at all, but I am so irritated with him right now. And not for anything unusual. Argh. Let this pass soon.
