I went for the first time a few months ago. Walked up to a sales associate and apsaid I'd like to be fitted. She brought me into the changing room, I took off my top/bra and she measured me from the back.
Brought me a few different sizes to try and I told her which I preferred. She had her manager check the fit, and that was it! Super easy and helpful. I'm an odd size (30C) so the only bras they had available/in stock were betsey johnson. I have the "stocking stripe" bra in a few colors and it's really comfy!

You should check out the motherhood sport bra nursing bra. your boobies are probably going grow, as well as itch so you should have a comfy bra, that'll last you a while. And that bra I'd great for larger lady bits. Just my opinion!
I don't know how big your breasts are but I got a horrible fitting at Nordstrom's. It was just like a fitting at Victoria's secret. I went to a specialty lingerie shop and was measured completely and the lady gave me a whole consult and I was a size 32F. That was way different then the lady at Nordstrom's told me. I know the new size is right because I now order bras online and they all fit perfectly.
I love my CK bras, but the ones in the Anniversary sale have that stupid padding in them...I can't stand those, and wish CK would go back to focusing in their super awesome t-shirt bras with no additional padding.
I got a really great Betsey Johnson one today in exchange for my 2 CK ones. I am still on the hunt for the perfect strapless, as they didn't have my size in store
