Oh man, I am having a freaking delicious lunch. I took one pound ground bison, one pound ground beef and seasoned with the chorizo spice blend I've posted before. Made burgers with them and pan-cooked them because it was raining so no grill. Then I cooked up a small butternut squash diced, and a red onion in some coconut oil. I put the squash and onion on the bottom, then the burger, then topped with fresh tomato and avocado.
IT IS DEELISH.
