My work is having a weight loss competition and final weigh in is next Wed. I am in third place at the moment and hoping to win $50. 2nd gets $50 and 1st gets $150.
I'd really like to place and win some cash. What tips do you have for final weigh-in so I can get the edge?
Avoid anything extremely salty a couple days prior.....as you don't want to hold extra water if you don't need to. Also, if you can workout prior to weighing in that will help shed extra water weight as well.
I would not eat or drink anything the morning before the weigh-in and preferably not after 6pm or so the night before. This always made a big difference in my weigh-ins.
