I'm having a sharp pain in my back around my lower ribcage when I breathe deeply, yawn, or twist too much. DH thinks it's from working out too hard this morning but it doesn't feel "sore"
Probably pulled an intercostal. It hurts like a motherfucker, but doesn't feel sore. I've done this.
What's that?
I added a pic. :-) I figured no one would know what I was talking about. Its the muscles between each rib and they extend from your sternum to your vertebrae. Depending on the location of the strain, it can hurt to breathe, cough, and can cause back pain.

Thanks! Should I just take a Tylenol?
yeah, or ibuprofen for its antiinflammatory properties.
