nothing, but my car is a 17 yo beater that doesn't leave our town. In DH's car, we have a spare blanket and jumper cables. I'll be getting my new car this week and will put some emergency supplies in it. Thankfully, we both work within 10 miles of home, in the same city we live in, and when we leave town, we usually have a packed car
I hate clutter so I don't keep anything that can't be hidden. I have a package of wipes, a first aid kit, and a mini umbrella in the glove compartment; a bag of pretzels under the passenger seat; and a blanket for each kid in the seatback pockets.

We have a tool kit, blanket, umbrella, rain poncho, empty tote bag, plastic bags or a wet bag, water, animal crackers or some other carby snack, self-charging flashlight, and a roll of paper towels.
For the kiddos we keep diapers, wipes in a big plastic ziploc bag (they dry out pretty fast here), an extra outfit in their current sizes, empty water cup/sippy, and a book or toy.
I have a small plastic storage crate with most of the items but a good number of them fit in the storage compartment (Prius).
