I really like this Nest Hudson Diaper Bag and I found it on sale for a great price (not on the website posted below, but they have better pictures of it). I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old. I don't carry a diaper bag on a daily basis (we have a "daycare" bag that we use to tote things to daycare each day). However I'd probably use this bag as my everyday purse and throw kids stuff in it on the weekends when we run errands. I've been searching all over for a leather bag with lots of pockets in it since I can never find anything in my current purse.
The size is
14"h x 17" w x 8" d
I'm 5'3 and around 102 lbs. Does it look too huge to be a purse?
I use a similar size bag for commuting to/from work/school because I need something to fit my computer and books. I think its a good size for a mommy with lots to carry!
I'm 5'3" and 125 (but have been as small as 102) fwiw.

I ordered the Nest Hudson as my diaper bag. Haven't used it yet, but I do love the bag. To me it's more "weekender" bag sized than purse sized. I think it would be great as a daycare bag.
Here's a pic I took awhile back of me holding it. For reference I'm 5'5" and my "regular" weight which I probably was in this pic is about 117. Sorry it's so dark, but hope this helps!

Ok, it looks huge on you! Do you have it packed pretty full? Definitely more diaper/weekender than a daily bag. Thanks for sharing the picture!
I found it online for $180, which seems like a good deal on it... Ugh...decisions!
