No swimming for at least two more months. Boo! The PT is going to watch me run next week, which might lead to some help with the stiffness I've been having on my long runs. Right now, three mile runs are actually quite perfect. I don't get stiff or sore and I can throw in a bit of speed work. Tomorrow, I'm going to do some hill repeats.

Ugggggghhhhhhh I'm so sorry. I'm glad you're at least getting to run and hope the PT can help you make that better, but man, I also think you deserve some wallowing time and some pampering.
