I've been in a rut lately and need new ideas... I thought we could share a recipe we made recently that was a hit

I just made this the other day and it was awesome! I didn't have fresh cilantro, so I sprinkled dried in there--not sure how much, but maybe a tablespoon's worth? Also, I just threw in the chicken frozen, and didn't bother to saute anything. Oh, and I used dried garlic powder instead of fresh. Yeah, I'm a suuuuuper lazy cook.

I made this last night and didn't change anything. It was absolutely delicious! My H loved it! Thanks!
