What are you eating for lunch?
My doctor does the no lunch meat thing, but I need ideas for healthy(ish) lunches. The leftover thing isn't working for me right now Bc of food aversions.
I've been getting soup or hot sandwiches, but I feel like that's a lot of sodium to have regularly.

I eat tuna salad, chicken salad or pb&j sandwiches usually. Non pregnant I eat salads with some sort of protein. When it gets colder I make soups like butternut squash, minestrone or just plain veggie.
I do: - PB&Js with fruit - Amy's frozen meals (they have some lower sodium options but these are probably also generally not great salt-wise) - Quesadillas with avocado and/or sour cream - Cereal and milk

If I bring something from home, it's usually some sort of leftovers, a bagel with cream cheese or a mac and cheese thing. I go out more than I should though. I typically get toasted subs, pizza, (safe) sushi, teriyaki chicken with rice or whatever is within walking distance!

Thanks for all the great ideas!!
We made quesadillas today, and I grabbed a couple Amy's to have just in case. We are going OOT Thursday, so I don't want to buy too much. Probably grab a few more things tomorrow.

PB&J (with various flavored jelly depending on my mood) lean cuisines (I try to watch the sodium in them and usually stick to the marinara pasta or cheese pizzas) bagged salads fruit salad oatmeal with fruit cereal
Ftr, I know some docs frown upon the lunch meats but I do indulge every few weeks or so with turkey or chicken from places like Panera or Cousins subs (or Potbelly when home in Chicago). I only will eat it during peak lunch or dinner though. My thinking is that if I go during the peak, the meat hasn't been out long, negating some listeria risk. For Potbellies, it gets heated so that kills it off as well. I haven't bought any store bought lunch meat.
