I just put on a pair of pre pregnancy pants granted they are a couple sizes larger than the rest of my pants that I wore as comfy pants but still... pre pregnancy pants!
E is fighting her nap thanks to a car nap earlier.
MIL and her H are coming for dinner. I'm dreading dealing with her. Also my mom asked if it was ok to make my MIL a quilt. Of course it's ok, but I told her it would be a waste bc MIL won't care.
We were meeting friends and their baby for a playdate yesterday. We had a nap run over (hooray! just questionable timing), I had to feed her, then we had THREE changing table/pee incidents, the last of which meant we had to make time for a bath.
At that point, I just wanted to stay home.
Of course. And yesterday when H and I were both dressed for a wedding, she had the worst poo-splosion of her life. I was still checking myself for poo in the car
I almost liked this, but I didn’t want the like to be misunderstood. I hear you, though! I fed her during lunch one day and went back to work with poop on my blouse. #definitelygettingpromoted

As soon as Ace falls asleep I want to start doing some painting in the bedroom we are getting set up for Nods as a birthday present. I am a messy painter, not in the floor, just on me. The shades broke and we have new ones ordered, but they aren't here. None off this would be a problem, but there are people putting a roof on the house across the street. They can see into the bedroom, so I'm thinking I can't get away with just wearing a t shirt.
Why are they doing construction work on a Sunday? Is hammering Monday through Friday not enough?
We did a charity 5K walk this morning with a bunch of H's aunts and uncles and then went out for brunch. C was awesome--so well behaved through the whole thing (minus when he wiped his blueberry pancake hands on me at the restaurant but whatever). He rode the whole 5K in the stroller waving and pointing out airplanes and trucks.
It's always nice when we can do family stuff and it doesn't turn into a dumpster fire. My back is killing me now though.

DD3's baptism went really well today. It was really nice visiting with family and friends. Life has been stressful lately and it was nice to just sit and visit with everyone for awhile.
We bought a second Town & Country minivan to replace DH's dying sedan that we couldn't all fit in anyway. We're now a 2 minivan family and I'm really excited! We no longer have to worry about shuffling vehicles around to make sure that whoever is home with the kids would have the minivan. Life has sure changed in the past few years! I never thought I'd want one minivan let alone two!
I accepted a promotion at work this weekend! I'll still be able to work PT if I want and will have an extremely flexible schedule. The new position is also 2 pay grades above my current one
We walked for my brother's campaign and then had lunch at Pot Belly. C was at Grandma and Grandpa's where she chose not to nap so she's down now and H and I are going to nap too. Yay!
We are having a lazy Sunday and watching football. N gets upset every time it goes to commercial, asking "foofall?" and whining until it comes back on.

We had a nice trip to the mall today. Kid shoes are bogo 50% off at Clarks now, plus a $10 in-store coupon. DS got 2 pairs of fall shoes for $30 total.
This was offset by DH buying 2 pairs of dress shoes at Nordy's for $320. lol. Worst of all, I got nothing.
Took the kids to my parents farm today. M loves the country where he can run wild and see the tractors, it's sweet. The newborn is almost 3 months, so I guess not a newborn. Lol. She's been fighting naps today which is annoying because I want to nap, dammit!
We went to a local "taste of <insert town name>" festival today and it was really fun. It started raining right after we left. Good timing on our part for once!
Then we went to HomeGoods and I found the cutest white owl costume there for DD, of all places! Score! It was $19.99 and I almost had pulled the trigger on a $60 PBK one the other day.
And finally, I know I AW'd it last night in the MOTN thread, but my monster wreath I made looks so cute hanging on our front door!
