I have some pieces of bakeware from the simply calphalon line (like these: store.calphalon.com/simply-calphalon-nonstick-bakeware-6-pc-bakeware-set/100798). While they are great pans/sheets, they are driving me crazy. I put them in the dishwasher and every time I take one out water has collected under the little rolled rim and then I get rust colored water coming out and dripping and just making a mess.
I'm considering slowly replacing these. Can anyone recommend some good quality bakeware?
honestly... i just wouldn't put them in the dishwasher. i have similar baking sheets and they are great. if i'm making something messy or that might burn (chicken wings are my nemesis), i line it with a piece of parchment paper first so clean up is easier.
I started collecting Gold Touch baking pans from Williams Sonoma. Their resistance to rush was one of the things that appealed to me. I have a set of 6 so far & love them.
I've got good cook cookie sheets. They do the job and I have no complaints and the price is right. But after using ceramic baking sheets recently, that's what I want upgrade to.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this happen. I get really lazy and the last thing I want to do is scrub baking sheet my H burns stuff on.

Sometimes I'm up for hand washing but sometimes things just need to hit the dishwasher. I also currently hate my sink in that its 2 small sides and I loathe that I cannot put a 9x13 inch own in them and my cookie sheet has to be at a diagonal to even rinse it

I don't know of the brand, but I got a set from costco that has help up great! I primarily use for roasting veggies. I have the WS gold sheets for baking.

This is why you need parchment paper! I made cookies tonight and the second pan was neglected while I tended to my screaming baby. No chiseling those burn cookies off into the garbage and then scrubbing a pan - just slipped the whole mess off the pan, grabbed a new piece of paper and started over! When I was done I just rinsed the pan off in case there was a stray crumb, dried it, and put it back in the cupboard.
