I have some very mild spotting…like toilet paper tinged pink.
Rationally I know it is normal, that it could mean nothing. Irrationally I am convinced it is a sign it is over. When I miscarried it started liked this. When we didn't lose I had no bleeding at all. I know that two pregnancies won't necessarily be the same. I have had only minor cramping and none today.
Doesn't matter, now I will worry and just wait to see if it increases.

Ugh, that sucks. I take it you've already had an ultrasound and seen the HB? (since you have a ticker) That's a *really* good sign.
no, no heartbeat u/s yet, not til 11-13 weeks. You actually just reminded me to set the appointment. I am just generally a really positive person so I made the ticker regardless, lol.

Sending hugs and good thoughts your way. If you want positive anecdotes, I spotted and bled all through my first trimester with DD (after having multiple early losses previously). Such a mindf*ck.

Darn, I was hoping you'd get a dating US since. I wonder if you could get in ASAP if you called to schedule this appt and mentioned you saw a tiny bit of blood?

I'm sorry, I hope everything is ok. I'm sure you've heard it before, but spotting in early pregnancy is ok and normal. I'm sure it doesn't ease your fears though. ((Hugs))

Signing in as someone that had a loss with no bleeding, and heavy bleeding during first tri with my daughter. (((hugs))) to you - I think first tri was by far the worst because of the mental anguish.
Hugs. More positive anecdotes: I had spotting both times. First was an unexplained heavy bleed, second time was due to a cervical polyp that I never knew I had - pregnancy changes irritated it though.

My doc said to call if I had cramping and bleeding. What I have at this point can't even be considered bleeding really, just some staining, and I am fairly certain any cramps I am experiencing now is as a result of me imagining things.
I know that if I start miscarrying, a visit to the ER won't make a difference. But if I start bleeding heavily with cramps I will go in to at least get an ultrasound.

Do you know whether you're Rh negative? If you are, they should want to see you asap for even the slightest bleeding, with or without cramps.
