Honestly though re: stopping BF'ing

I know I posted the other day about this, but I'm over it. I haven't nursed in a week. My supply was crap as it was. Why do my boobs feel like this?! I have been taking Sudafed but I feel like if I don't break down and pump on one side soon, I'm going to pop. But if I pump, they're just going to do this to me again, aren't they?!? I don't remember this with DS1, so I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

And I just feel like because they are kind of engorged they are SO NOTICEABLE. Like sitting at my desk, I keep looking down because I feel like there is something on my shirt, but no it's just my giant cement boobs.

I guess I will just continue being patient and hand expressing what I can. And whining.

I was too afraid to do anything (even hand express) for fear of delaying the process any longer than I needed to. Here's what I did that helped keep the worst of the pain confined to a few days - sports bras, Sudafed, and hot showers. I would have tried cabbage leaves if I were in pain any longer than that. Hugs, I hope the pain goes away soon!
