I am considering implants after BFing. No idea if I will go through with it. BFing and pregnancy has definitely caused a lot of volume loss for me, but the down time for recovery and time off of running definitely lessen the appeal.
i'll see what the aftermath looks like and then decide. i lost a decent amount of breast tissue in one side having a benign tumor removed 8 years ago. i opted not to have reconstructive surgery then because my doctor was concerned about diminished success in breast feeding and i didn't want to close that door prematurely. i'm glad i chose not to initially because we've had great success nursing, but the option for reconstruction after kids has always been on the table.
Both of my sisters got implants after having their kids. I know mine aren't what they used to be, but I just don't think I could get them done. In the last year I've found that the new bras I've gotten, better size and some uplift, have really helped me feel a lot better, at least when I'm wearing clothes.

I would looove some implants once we know we're done with kids. I have always had a-cup boobs, but they were perky and full. And now, ugh, so depressing. The reality, though, is that its not likely that we will ever have the expendable income to justify such a vain purchase.
