I'm pretty disturbed by the fact that the teenager working at McDonald's has to wear a name tag so you can properly identify them if you decide to bitch to the manager that your burger has too much ketchup on it, but somebody who gets to carry (and USE) a freaking GUN for a living doesn't have to.
So lemme get this straight. These fuckers do not want to wear their own name tags while on duty but instead, want to remind the residents that they are paid to protect and serve that captain anonymous with the gun is totally thrilled that one of his little friends shot and killed a black man on the streets of the very city they live in.
I mean for fuck's safe, even an officer with a clean shoot in his record that was easily and completely justified doesn't want to be remembered at the officer who shot and killed a man.
I still cannot believe that these officers do not wear name tags. That is crazy. Just seems like proof that they are out there doing wrong.
I'm waiting for them all to show up to work with name tags that say "John Smith." "Hey, you didn't say anything about the tags having our actual names on them!"
