I posted about the One Step Ahead product, but am looking at others, too. This would go in a Yukon. I see the Munchkin reviews say that the pockets aren't very deep and tall sippy cups fall out. I want something with several pockets, easy to clean, and black if possible. Thanks!
I would not put something like that in the backseat with a bunch of hard projectiles a few feet from the kid's face. If you want to store stuff in the car, I'd get a zippered bag that you can buckle (run the seatbelt through the handles)into an unused seat or put it in the trunk. The kid shouldn't be able to reach something in a backseat organizer like that if they are buckled in anyway.
Never thought of that. I was thinking more for me to be able to reach, not him, but hadnt thought of the bad idea of it being right by him. Thanks for the tip! Wonder if I can find one that has all (or at least most) zippered compartments, then I could just use the zippered ones.
Glad I asked here! I am just amazed at all of the products that are available for sale that aren't actually safe to use. I would think it would be a more regulated market if it's compromising safety.
