Do you know if Peg Perego convertible car seats ever go on sale? I was at Buybuybaby today and I think I decided that's the seat I want. We have a little time before needing them and since I need two I'm wondering if I should wait for a sale or get them now. Peg Perego Pros-easy install, don't need to rethread, lower profile headwings so my twins could see each other, loops on seat to hold seat clips to the side when putting them in. Cons-cost x2, sits high up-could be tough to get them in and out while RF, wider than the Diono.
Or, if you want to steer me in the direction of another car seat, feel free Right now we have both a Diono R100 and infant seat in our cars-a Honda CR-V and Accord. DD and DS are 18 months, DD is petite, a little lower than the 25%tile and DS is at 50%tile. I'd like to keep them RF as long as possible, especially DD since she has low muscle tone, but I think it's going to be awhile before either of them out grow any convertible. I think we'd move the Dionos to the Accord (lesser used) and the other two seats go in the CR-V. Thanks for your help!

I have one that I got on sale during one of Amazon's baby gear sales (I paid $280).
I like it. I will say that the strap covers suck (they're really stiff and huge) and I don't like that it doesn't have a cupholder. But other than that, I really like it.
